On completion of this program, individuals and teams will come away with a detailed inventory and Action Plan of how to set and achieve any number of career or life goals. We will explore a range of interrelated factors impacting external and internal success: professional, financial, personal, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Participants will learn how to:
- identify non-productive habits, beliefs and roadblocks, and replace them with positive, action-driven structure, behaviour and practices
- set and achieve goals through a phased 90-day action plan with specific how-to strategies and timelines to ensure you stay on target
- develop strategies for accountability and follow-through to establish consistent best practice habits and motivation for goals achievement
